L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019asservir la position de la coupole sur celle du t\u00e9lescope.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les besoins<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de nos s\u00e9ances d\u2019imagerie et d\u2019observation photom\u00e9trie, la dur\u00e9e des prises de vue implique de longues p\u00e9riodes d\u2019observation. En cons\u00e9quence, il faut r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement repositionner la coupole par rapport au t\u00e9lescope afin de pouvoir observer le ciel. Afin de rendre plus pratique les longues prises de vue, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;asservissement de la position de la coupole sur l\u2019azimut du t\u00e9lescope. Des syst\u00e8mes existent dans le commerce \u00e0 des prix relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la solution que nous avons con\u00e7u. Il a donc fallu concevoir l\u2019\u00e9lectronique de pilotage de la coupole, choisir un protocole de communication, faire des adaptations m\u00e9caniques &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La conception<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; L\u2019encodeur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin de conna\u00eetre la position de la coupole nous avons opt\u00e9 pour un encodeur incr\u00e9mental. L\u2019encodage est donc relatif. Le principe est de compter des impulsions donnant la position de la coupole \u00e0 intervalle r\u00e9gulier. Un capteur compl\u00e9mentaire permet de conna\u00eetre la position d\u2019origine de la coupole.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&gt; La m\u00e9canique<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La partie m\u00e9canique r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Michel doit compenser le d\u00e9battement radial et vertical de la cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re. De cette fa\u00e7on la pr\u00e9cision du syst\u00e8me pour le positionnement de la coupole est de l\u2019ordre de 360\/(5000mm*3,14\/(15*5mm\/2)) \u2248 0,9 degr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&gt; L\u2019\u00e9lectronique<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019incr\u00e9mentation est assur\u00e9 par des capteurs opto\u00e9lectroniques. Une couple de capteurs assure la d\u00e9tection de l\u2019impulsion et le sens de rotation. Cette carte poss\u00e8de 4 ports RS232 en natif. <br \/>Un port est utilis\u00e9 pour la communication vers la carte pour l\u2019ouverture des cimiers<br \/>Un port est utilis\u00e9 pour le pilotage depuis le syst\u00e8me <a href=\"https:\/\/voyager3.com\/?page_id=2227\"><strong>Arduin\u2019astro<\/strong><\/a> <br \/>Un port est utilis\u00e9 potentiellement pour le pilotage depuis un ordinateur (via NINA par exemple)<\/p>\n<p>De plus, la carte g\u00e8re aussi les interrupteurs de rotation de la coupole pour une ouverture manuelle.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&gt;Carte pour l\u2019ouverture des cimiers<\/strong><\/h4>\n<table  class=\" table table-hover\" style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On utilise une carte Arduino Nano pour la gestion de la rotation de la coupole. Ce protocole permet de commander int\u00e9gralement la rotation et l\u2019ouverture de la coupole. Les commandes compl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es afin d\u2019obtenir des informations compl\u00e9mentaires pour la configuration du syst\u00e8me. Le protocole MaxDome II est un standard pour le pilotage de commande. Il existe des pilotes<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ascom-standards.org\/Downloads\/DomeDrivers.htm\">ASCOM<\/a><\/strong> et \u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indilib.org\/domes\/maxdome-ii.html\">INDI<\/a><\/strong>. Le protocole\u00a0 est utilis\u00e9 par des logiciels tels que<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/nighttime-imaging.eu\/\">NINA<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premiers essais<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019ensemble est globalement fonctionnel mais malgr\u00e9 la faible consommation du syst\u00e8me pour l\u2019ouverture du cimier (moins de 1 Watt) il appara\u00eet que la taille du panneau solaire \u00e9quipant la coupole et les conditions ensoleillement hivernales engendrent une trop grande sollicitation de la batterie de stockage si on oublie d\u2019\u00e9teindre le syst\u00e8me en fin de nuit. En 15h, la batterie subit une d\u00e9charge qui peut lui \u00eatre fatale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette surconsommation est d\u2019autant plus probl\u00e9matique que l\u2019ouverture des cimiers est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 priori une fois durant la soir\u00e9e et dure moins d\u2019une minute. Il faut donc une derni\u00e8re petite adaptation&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Installation finale<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin que la carte \u00e9lectronique puisse couper son alimentation en cas d\u2019inactivit\u00e9, nous optons pour un syst\u00e8me de relai pilot\u00e9 par la carte, qui grosso-modo correspond \u00e0 un montage auto-aliment\u00e9.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s 30 secondes d\u2019inactivit\u00e9 des cimiers, la carte coupe l\u2019alimentation du relai et \u00e9limine aussi sa consommation \u00e9lectrique. Afin de piloter \u00e0 distance l\u2019ouverture des cimiers on adjoint un second relai mont\u00e9 en parall\u00e8le du premier. Celui-ci est pilot\u00e9 pour une commande 433 MHz. Le signal de pilotage 433MHz est assur\u00e9 par la carte Mega. Arduin\u2019Astro \u00e9tant lui m\u00eame pilot\u00e9 par le PC de gestion des encodeurs, cette solution nous permet de d\u00e9marrer la rotation de la coupole et l\u2019ouverture du ciel enti\u00e8rement depuis l\u2019ordinateur sans \u00e0 voir besoin d\u2019appuyer sur les boutons d\u2019alimentation manuels.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilan<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au choix de l\u2019utilisateur, la coupole peut \u00eatre asservie \u00e0 la position du t\u00e9lescope. Pour des soucis d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de convivialit\u00e9, la coupole ne se d\u00e9place que si le champ d\u2019ouverture des cimiers ne permet plus d\u2019observer de fa\u00e7on optimale le ciel avec le t\u00e9lescope.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cet apport est grandement utile lors des s\u00e9ances d\u2019imagerie ou de photom\u00e9trie, les observations pouvant durer plusieurs heures.
